Make the pilot measurable before it becomes software.
This page is a plain-language working brief, not a signed contract or legal advice. Final scope, confidentiality and data-processing terms must be reviewed and agreed with each pilot partner.
Purpose
Test one recurring operational decision with a defined baseline, a human-approved recommendation and a measured outcome. The pilot is designed to learn whether the workflow is valuable and repeatable before deeper integration.
What is in scope
- One logistics or distribution decision, such as routing cost, fuel, on-time delivery or warehouse throughput.
- A mutually agreed baseline period and success measure.
- Evidence review, assumptions, recommendation and approval record.
- Outcome review after the agreed measurement window.
Data boundaries
- Start with anonymized, minimum-necessary operational data.
- Do not send names, phone numbers, customer identifiers or credentials through the public form.
- Source systems remain authoritative; Causivra does not silently change dispatch, payroll, WMS or customer records.
- Any production connector, retention period, deletion process and access role must be agreed before implementation.
Responsibilities
Pilot partner
Provides an authorized owner, explains the operating context, supplies approved evidence and confirms whether the observed outcome is accurate.
Causivra
Documents assumptions, keeps recommendations reviewable, records uncertainty and does not claim savings or accuracy before measurement.
Exit and publication
Either side may stop the pilot. A result is not published without written permission. Any permitted case study must be anonymized where required and include the measurement period, limitations and whether the result was observed or estimated.
