This policy explains how Causivra, operated by Yunes Alena in Israel, handles information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request early access, we collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, company, website and message. We also retain basic attribution data such as UTM parameters, referring page, language and a consent record. For abuse prevention, the service uses pseudonymous, hashed request identifiers and temporary counters; raw IP addresses are not stored in the rate-limiting table.

Purposes and consent

We use submitted information to respond to your request, assess partnerships, operate and improve Causivra, measure aggregate campaign performance, maintain security and prevent abuse. The contact form requires your consent before the request is stored. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics remains disabled until you select “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, ad personalization and ad-user-data signals remain disabled. You may decline analytics without losing access to the website. Your preference is stored on your device and can be reset by clearing this site’s browser storage.

Service providers and international processing

Website hosting, database infrastructure and analytics may be provided by technology service providers operating infrastructure outside Israel. They process information only to provide their contracted services and subject to their applicable safeguards and terms. Google Analytics receives analytics data only after consent.

Retention

Contact and early-access requests are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Expired rate-limit counters are deleted automatically during normal service operation.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, withdraw contact consent, or ask a privacy question through the contact page. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request. Applicable rights depend on your location and the law governing the request.

Security

We use data minimization, access controls, encrypted platform transport, request validation, distributed rate limiting and security headers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Children

Causivra is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through this website.
